My Approach

You deserve to find your footing, and discover healing and meaning in life again. Making a full recovery is not out of reach. If you want to not just move on, but move forward, I’d love to help you get there. I offer online therapy so you can get the help you need after work or while the baby goes down for a nap. Finding the right therapist is hard. I have made my process as simple as possible. I offer 24/7 scheduling on my website for a free phone consultation. Don't suffer through this alone. Take that first step and reach out today!

My Background

Before becoming a therapist, I spent ten years working in social media engagement, social work, and international development. My own personal experiences receiving therapy for childhood trauma, life transitions, and divorce motivated me to help others and to this day enable me to really understand my clients’ struggles. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Azusa Pacific University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University. For almost three years, I have facilitated a group for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse with the WINGS Foundation. I also have a background working in addiction treatment in both outpatient and residential settings with adolescents and young adults.
