My Background
Nadine Ryser holds a master’s in clinical psychology earned from Argosy University in Orange County, CA (the American School of Professional Psychology). Nadine started her graduate career as a PsyD candidate in 2009. After successfully completing her first two years of the program (to include a practicum/training in psychodiagnostic testing), there was an unplanned hiatus in her graduate career. Nadine elected to conclude her studies with a master’s in clinical psychology versus a PsyD. Through the course of her experiences, Nadine has remained skilled and has only become more inspired and dedicated to the integration of her training/schooling with personal life experiences. Nadine specializes working with youth and young adults, trauma, substance abuse/relapse prevention, life-transition difficulties, mood disorders, anxiety and trauma. Nadine is described as warm, direct, emphatic and passionate clinician in all her therapeutic work. Orientation: Psychodynamic
