Relationship struggles. Boundary issues. Disappointment and loss. I specialize in helping clients who long for change but feel mired in old patterns and stuck in unhealthy situations that no longer serve them and their greatest potential. Getting unstuck means cultivating an awareness of our internal experience, trusting what we already know is true and creating boundaries so that we no longer abandon ourselves. When we find our authentic center, all our relationships benefit, especially our relationship with ourselves. My practice provides a mindful, creative and safe space for clients to heal, transform and move forward in life. I offer mindfulness-based practices that support clients seeking to become less anxious, less stressed, less reactive and more grounded, present and connected with their own inner guidance and strengths. As a result of our work together, clients are able to communicate with themselves and others with greater clarity, care and compassion.
