"Engaging in counseling can be hard work, yet also deeply fulfilling. Thus, a safe, affirming, and collaborative experience is what I strive to provide. My approach has been described as warm, compassionate, holistic, and intuitive—infused with authenticity and sprinkled with humor."

Meghan's Approach

My therapy style is eclectic; rooted in person-centered principles and a humanistic perspective. You will be supported as you gain insight to heal from your past and grow in your relationships, release core beliefs and behavior patterns that no longer serve you, discover and activate your inner strengths, and overcome life’s challenges to achieve harmony and thrive. It will be my honor to meet you where you are, hold space for your unique story, and walk the journey with you.
