My Approach
My therapy style is eclectic; rooted in person-centered principles and a humanistic perspective. You will be supported as you gain insight to heal from your past and grow in your relationships, release core beliefs and behavior patterns that no longer serve you, discover and activate your inner strengths, and overcome life’s challenges to achieve harmony and thrive. It will be my honor to meet you where you are, hold space for your unique story, and walk the journey with you.
My Background
Originally from Oregon, I moved to Denver in 2007. I received a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University and now hold the status of Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate as I pursue licensure. I am EMDR trained, and I am delighted to provide this remarkable therapeutic modality to clients for treating a variety of concerns including: trauma, disturbing memories, negative core beliefs, fears, and more.
