My Approach

Integrating a body/mind-centered approach towards healing, I offer guidance for couples to improve communication, deepen understanding of themselves and each other, and create a loving and healthy relationship. In this way, they build crucial relationship skills and improve their partnership to be secure, sustainable and mutually fulfilling.

My Background

I have been active in the mental health field for over 13 years, counseling varied populations and different age groups. Living in Israel I was immersed in different service positions for high risk teens and adults. There I facilitated social theater groups in diverse communities to create an outlet of expression and support. Moving to Colorado, I continued to work with high risk populations along side my private practice, supporting individuals and couples to achieve their goals. Currently, I work part-time for a non-profit organization, providing trauma therapy to children and their families. I have trained in several evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Dance/Movement Therapy M.A., Psychodrama, Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), Concentric Sex Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dynamic Attachment Re-paterning experience (DARe), Gottman Couples Therapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Focusing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Yoga.
