My Approach

No matter what “symptom” (substance abuse, anxiety, depression) is showing up in your life or with your loved one, we can work together help you feel better and resolve what may be at the core of these issues. Think about a fruiting tree and imagine the fruits of the tree directly correlating with the root system below. Often times our behaviors or mental health struggles can be the “fruits” of something lying dormant. When we heal the root system, the expression and vitality of the organism is freed. This is where I come in. I know from my own path to wellness that small (seemingly insignificant) shifts add up over time and that making changes can be extremely scary. We start with small shifts. Francis of Assisi states, “Start by doing what is necessary, then do what’s possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.” Let start this process together!
