I believe in making therapy practical. I offer an array of mind-body practices, specifically designed to help my clients reduce anxiety and overwhelm. Through our work together, you will gain new skills and strategies that are both effective AND easy to implement. With practice, you'll be able to shift out of old habits and patterns and into new, healthy ones.. You will discover deeper insight and leave each session with clear steps for action. Overall, it is my goal to help you begin to develop a comprehensive toolbox that will support you throughout your life.
Jenna Griffith Background
I started down the path to becoming a counselor in 2008. Eager to leave my job in marketing, I completed extensive training in Hypnotherapy and started my graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health. During this time, I took the opportunity to get more training in mind-body modalities. I became certified in yoga, Reiki, Rapid Resolution Therapy for Trauma, and Wellness Coaching. All of these experiences allowed me to formulate a truly holistic and mindfulness-based framework for counseling. After graduating with a Master's degree from the University of Colorado, Denver, I launched right into private practice. Since then, I have enjoyed teaching and facilitating groups and workshops on yoga for emotional health at People House and Kindness Yoga, as well as at a transitional homeless shelter. I love the work that I do, and I have a passion for helping others apply lifestyles changes that will enrich and enhance their life experience.
