Empowerment and motivation are essential to our psychological wellbeing. By using an empowerment approach to therapy, I help people recognize their strengths and find motivation to make meaningful changes in their lives. Integrating my therapeutic experiences and collaborating with my clients enables me to promote health, wellness, and recovery. I enjoy helping children, adolescents, and adults build insight and improve their self-esteem and relationships. My strength-based approach encourages my clients to evolve into the best versions of themselves.
