Your mental health is important. How you experience your world and cope with your feelings, influences every part of you. It impacts who you are and how you interact with others. Every person deserves a place where they can share their experiences and feel empowered to live life.

My Approach

I am a licensed psychologist dedicated to working with people going through challenging times in their lives. I am specialized in eating and body image concerns, depression, anxiety, relationships, and life changes. I center my work around each individual’s unique attributes, and I focus on helping people utilize their inherent self-worth, personal strengths, and individual goals. Using this approach, I help navigate the gap between who we know we are and what others expect of us. I use my warmth and gentle humor to help my clients feel at ease and dig into the work of living their fullest lives.

My Background

I have spent the majority of my career working in community mental health in the Denver Metro area, and have expertise providing individual and group therapy to individuals experiencing a range of psychological issues. In addition to my work at Simons Therapy, I currently work as a Psychologist at Jefferson Center for Mental Health. I formerly served as a clinical supervisor at Mental Health Partners in Boulder. I worked as a Crisis Clinician at Rocky Mountain Crisis Partners and served as an Affiliate Professor at Metropolitan State University.
