"Hi. I am Cynthia St.Clair, somatic psychotherapist and owner of Wild Moon Integrative Therapies: Cycle-Centered Healing for Women. My passion in life is helping women through vulnerable life transitions, such as perimenopause, monthly premenstrual struggles, pregnancy, and new motherhood. "

Cynthia's Approach

I offer several ways of working: 1) Wellness Coaching, which refers to psychoeducation and support around the actions and elements in a client's life that can impact overall health, like menstrual cycle, sleep, diet, exercise, and mindfulness practice. 2) Dialectical Behavior Therapy, an evidence-based therapy that focuses on managing distress, emotional dysregulation and interpersonal conflict through mindfulness. And 3) somatic trauma work is a trauma-specific, body-based, resolution therapy based in neuroscience. We will begin with a 1, 3, or 6-month intensive package in which we dive deep and commit to your healing journey. After this period, a la carte options are available. I schedule appointments based on where you are in your menstrual cycle, as our needs change from day-to-day as women! Additionally, I do matrilineal lineage work through genograms and mother-daughter counseling; please inquire if you are interested!
