My Approach
I am certified in CBT and DBT, as well as extensive training in addictions, regularly using Motivational Interviewing and Solutions focused therapy. My approach across the board is trauma informed and evidence based. I also offer LCSW supervision.
My Background
I work full time for Healthone doing crisis evaluations, specializing in the assessment of suicide risk, addictions and serious mental illness. Private practice is my passion project on the side, I have been doing it about 5 years and adore working with my patients!
