As women we carry so much and can at times feel overwhelmed with the demands of life, especially when we feel lost about who we are or where we are going. I work with women who are experiencing some kind of shift in life; maybe a break up/divorce, a change in career, or a loss or traumatic event. Despite society’s attempts to make you feel “less than,” I want you to see the true beauty within.
