Video Game Addiction

Video game addiction is commonly defined as a serious loss of control over gaming that leads to significant harm the gamers life.  Although it is not yet recognized by the American Medical Association as a diagnosable disorder, video game addiction is a significant problem for many people. Video games can have their place in a healthy, well-rounded life, but when gaming begins to take precedence, an affected individual may need professional help.
