Reality Therapy

Reality therapy focuses on current issues affecting individuals rather than the issues the individual has experienced in the past. This technique encourages people to use therapy to address the behaviors that may prevent them from finding solutions to their problems. Reality therapy helps clients learn to be more aware of choices and how these choices may not have worked in achieving their goals. Individuals participating in reality therapy will learn how to feel more responsible and have better control over their lives, ultimately leading to more fulfillment and life satisfaction.
