Psychodrama is an experiential form of therapy that was created by psychiatrist, Jacob Moreno in the early 1900s. Moreno described psychodrama as the scientific exploration of truth through drama. Psychodrama incorporates role playing and group dynamics to help people gain a clearer perspective on their emotions, conflicts and relationships. It is an active and creative approach that is known to help people achieve new perspectives about how they show up in their lives and in the lives of others.
