Jungian Therapy

Jungian therapy is a psychoanalytic approach that was developed by Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist. Jung believed that the personal unconscious is only the top layer of a deeper collective unconscious-the uncontrollable, inherited part of the psyche. Jungian therapy emphasizes the importance of the individual psyche and the personal quest for wholeness.
