Holistic Therapy

Holistic therapy is a form of healing that considers the whole person-body, mind and spirit, in the hopes of achieving optimal wellness. Many people who have felt like traditional talk therapy has not been enough have turned to holistic therapy, desiring a broader view of the sources of their issues. The main goal of holistic therapy is to balance the different aspects self and find interconnectedness. Mind-body practices have been used successfully in helping people treat all aspects of health-from the physical and emotional to the social and spiritual.

I support all philosophical/spiritual/religious beliefs and complementary therapies which are helpful to you.
