Dreams can be useful therapeutic tools, helping people navigate different levels of consciousness to reach deeper levels of awareness. One of the core principles in dream work is that the individual explores dreams using unique dream language. Dreamwork therapists believe dreams are continuations of concerns, thoughts, emotions and memories and therefore are unique to each individual. Collaboratively, therapists help clients explore their dreams, gain insight, and take action to resolve issues in their waking life.
